Praise for Scottish Public Service Awards
The Scottish Public Service Awards has once again received rave reviews, following this year's ceremony at the Scottish Parliament.
Organisations from Dundee Council to Changeworks were commended for their contribution to the public and third sector. The judging panel included figures such as Sir Paul Grice, who leads the Scottish Parliamentary Service.
"I thoroughly enjoyed the event, as did my ILF Scotland colleagues and our stakeholders who attended," said Peter Scott, CEO of Community Engagement Award winners Independent Living Fund Scotland.
"It was exceptionally well run, with the perfect formal/informal balance."
The Awards received 150 entries and welcomed 160 attendees, including the Deputy First Minister, the Permanent Secretary to the Scottish Government and the Leader of the Scottish Labour Party.
